Based on findings already reported in the research, and diversity in the process of inclusion, the field offers much scope for further study. First, the extent to which inclusion benefits students with various special needs whether they be academic, social, and functional in terms of life skills outcomes are yet to be ascertained. It is vital to assess this outcome of special education with reference to attitudes of the teaching community, infrastructure development, political back up and social supports to come to a conclusion about the benefits of special education in the inclusive setting. Special education research must hence intensify its emphasis upon student outcomes in relation to the general education classroom. The extent of teachers reception of the concept must be surveyed among students with special needs and the general student community to further generate data on the validity of the surveys taken on teachers. Only a two sided approach will help control against the urge to give socially acceptable views on survey questions as opposed to actual views to inclusion to ensure its success. This millennium is special in itself as its an era of accountability. It would be interesting to study the teaching communitys expectations of student outcomes for students of different disability types and degrees. This study may hold particular significance as it helps assess the attitude of teachers towards students with different types of special needs. In this study we have assessed teachers views on inclusivity, on collaborative efforts and improvement strategies and seen the overall gender based bias in views on these issues. Although supported by recent statistics, more research is needed to confirm these findings. Further, there is a need to further conduct correlative investigations on teachers attitudes and opinions of inclusion in relation to student outcomes in order to better understand how the concept of inclusion has been understood, evolved and practiced in todays educational forefront. It is apparent that teachers do have preferences and significant attitudes relati ng to the populations of students to whom they provide inclusive education. Both quantitative and qualitative attitude research may further delineate practical approaches to serve various student populations effectively. Education is not the only sector struggling with the tension between social justice-in rhetoric and social justice-in-practice. The education system has long moved past the conventional beliefs and stigmas that girls cant do that and the boys cant do this debates. Even in this age of globalization where gender inequality is taboo however, many teachers are protective of their turf in the curriculum and want to deny access to the curriculum by some learners. Hence the gender bias in education is still a topic whose limits are yet to be exhausted. Teacher stress in general and inclusive education is another field to be considered. In an age where stress and its ill effects are listed in every known field, the burden of inclusive education if any has to be assessed on the teaching community, the children with special needs and the general student population. In support of this theory, research shows that teachers feel ill equipped at times when they deal with the varied range of needs even though they play a key role in changing a students life (Forlin, Hattie Douglas, 1996). McGowan (1984, cited in Trent, 2002) estimated that approximately one quarter of teachers were experiencing acute stress and burnout. There is little evidence to suggest that teacher stress has diminished over subsequent decades. Though teachers play a major key role in shaping up the student generation, inadequacy and the feeling of frustration are the potential barriers to inclusive education. Such challenges are compounded where curriculum and assessment demands may appear inflexible. Pedagogical decision making is another key area of research that has to be widely explored. The real key to inclusivity is through wise pedagogical decisions that will save teachers from the stress of an unbending curriculum and the students from its burden. In fact, advocates of inclusion do not tend to focus upon inclusive education as a product but as a process (Robertson, 1999; Booth Ainscow, 2002; Winzer et al, 2000) founded very much on the democratic principles of mutual respect and collaboration (Jacobson, 2000; Marshall et al, 2002). Inclusive processes are becoming central to school effectiveness research and development. School communities must be invited to reduce the barriers to learning and participation through a collaborative investigation of the schools cultures, policies and practices and to set new priorities for development (Booth Ainscow, 2002). Hence the identification of these barriers and devising methods to overcome them gain prime importance if we expect inclusivity to gain success and acceptance. Initiatives for school effectiveness are attracting global attention for their potential to build collaborative learning communities that support individual learner success. A research-based framework must be laid down to guide teacher learning and development toward school improvement. Social justice, equity and inclusivity must be considered as the foreground and measures to investigate relationships between enhanced student outcomes and school-based management practices, both social and academic (Hayes, Lingard Mills, 2001) must be devised. The need to focus on alignment of curriculum, pedagogy and assessment are central to effective schooling. Educators need to shift their pedagogical focus from testing and reporting on outcomes to supporting and improving outcomes from schooling. The development of positive and self-fulfilling values within all participants in education depends on building learner confidence within a supportive learning environment. This is true for all learners whether they are experienced teachers participating in school improvement processes or whether they are learners who have been disadvantaged within the educational system. For inclusivity to gain its full strength, the educational system should be equipped with teaching fraternity with the following attributes that include: awareness of the history of injustice as a result of discrimination against diversity, recognition and acceptance, (Henderson, 2001); and the ability to collaboratively implement innovations. A system with these attributes will be able to accept difference as the norm and enrich schooling through sensitivity and responsiveness to the diverse contexts of students lives.

My Ideal Teacher When I think about teachers that I have had in the past, several different ones come to my mind. Each of these educators stands out in my mind for a variety of diverse reasons. Whether it is their sense of humor, their tactfulness, their love of the subject matter, their fanatical and sporadic behavior, or their yearning to be childish themselves, I can still remember at least one quality of every teacher I have ever encountered. Every one of these teachers conveyed subject material to their students just as they were educated and employed to do. However, I trust that every professional in the world has an abundance of opportunity for improvement; teachers could discover and improve themselves merely by having an open mind and observing one another. If I could construct the â€Å"ideal† teacher for me, I would only have to focus on three main aspects of the individual. These three qualities would be conducting a fun and interesting class, having organization and ge nuine comprehension of subject material, and developing a need to accept and have a constructive relationship with all students. Because of the most recent technology children today expect to be entertained by some other means than â€Å"twiddling their thumbs†. This need is not only present in the home setting; it is everywhere they go, including school. Therefore, teachers today have to make learning more enjoyable than it ever has been. Students are aware that at school they have strict rules to follow and expectations from their teachers. However, school can be fun if the teachers make it that way. There are numerous ways that a teacher can accomplish this. For example, a teacher could do something as simple as having a â€Å"j... ...d what my major is from week to week. My journey to truth There is a common fallacy in the world about the relationship between God and Satan. We have been taught that Satan opposes God out of hate. Satan doesn’t hate God. No where in the scriptures do you find this. The truth is that God and Satan are closer than we may imagine. Just like two enemies who are on opposing sides but yet they respect and know each other more than anyone else. God and Satan actually have very similar intentions for the universe but where they differ is where they oppose. Satan is an enlightened being who understands love and hate.Love is the frequency of consciousness that unites, heals and brings wholeness. Hate is the frequency of consciousness that separates, hurts and brings disintegration. Satan knows that love creates conditions of harmony, peace and happiness but hate creates conditions of chaos, death and suffering. An enlightened being knows that God is love. Satan loves God, but his original love has been twisted because his perspective was corrupted. God doesn’t hate Satan. God hates sin but he doesn’t hate the sinner. God loves his first creature that he created.Lucifer was the prime angel whose beauty was perfect and wisdom was so full. Although Lucifer turned against God later, God still loved him. God being a holy God has no choice but to cast Lucifer into the lake of fire, because God and sin cannot coexist. God would have made a way for Lucifer to be spared but he knew that Lucifer would never change his mind until the very end of time. Satan was God’s best friend. Christ and Lucifer were in perfect harmony in the beginning. They enjoyed the closest fellowship and communion with each other. They co-ruled heaven together.Lucifer was God’s second in command until the time came where he questioned God’s sovereignty over all beings. He felt that Christ and himself should be equal because all beings are God. He questioned the hierarchy of the Elohim and decided to c hange it because he thought the trinity were wrong in perception. Everything that Satan does is purely logical and nothing is irrational. He does not do anything out of hate, malice or fear. He may use such frequencies of consciousness to manipulate people to serve his higher purposes but everything he does is for a higher good that he believes in.Because all concepts and possibilities exist in the mind of God,  Lucifer drew from higher intelligence the possibility of changing the reality of heaven into one where sovereignty is open for all, and decided that he was called for it. This shows the infinite power of the mind. The truth is that higher intelligence did not call Lucifer to change the reality of heaven. The inspiration that he gotten from the universal consciousness was simply a reflection of his own thoughts. Therefore  it is he himself that inspired himself using the process of subconscious computation of logical possibilities.This is how the work of evil is seemingly divinely inspired. The divine reality was always perfect from the beginning, there was never a need for change. All the evil that Satan does against God’s people is done in a cold, calculated and systematic way. Everything he does is intentional and purposeful. He only uses negative emotions and intentions as a means to manipulate people. Satan is a master manipulator, just like God. The attack on Israel and Christianity is purely strategic in the game plan that he is playing towards God.Their relationship is like two chess masters playing against each other to see if ultimately whose plan will be victorious. When you have this perspective of Satan, you have peace and fearlessness towards him. He can’t use his weapons of fear, hatred and malice against you because you don’t even attract such things into your reality. In order to destroy thy enemy, you have to love thy enemy. Your enemy is destroyed when he is no longer your enemy because he has become your ally or his threat has been neutralized against you.Therefore he can no longer affect you in a negative way. You can engage him positively. Enlightened Christians deal with the enemy this way. That’s how you are able to trample on snakes, scorpions and nothing shall by any means harm you. Because they have no power over you but you have power over them. The gates of hell shall not prevail over you because you see demons and terror for what they are, angels in disguise. Therefore you do not fear the enemy for you know their true forms and what they are up to.You can fight against principalities and powers at their level and overcome them. God did not say that Satan hates him. It is Satan himself that said so in order to deceive Christians into misunderstanding him so that he can use it to his advantage. By mistaking that Satan hates God, we are unable to perceive his true intentions and the way he really is. What we see is only a partial perception of what he wants to show. Theref ore the work of good, unity and love that he does would be accepted by us thinking that it is totally God’s idea.We should acknowledge good but know who’s doing. Satan’s ultimate intention is peace and unity and to create a new reality of heaven that is better than before. God’s intention is also the same. The only difference lies in the perception between the two. Satan thought that the original reality is imperfect and therefore he sought to change it. God saw that Satan corrupted the original reality by trying to change it and therefore seeks to restore it to its former glory. But  the work of redemption through the blood of Christ results in it being more glorious than ever.
